Sarah Tankersley focuses her practice on protecting the rights of those injured as a result of medical and other negligence. She has extensive medical knowledge gleaned from her years of experience litigating medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Sarah earned her BA summa cum laude from Northern Kentucky University in 1993 and her law degree from the University of Kentucky in 1997. At the University of Kentucky, she served as an editor on and was published in the Kentucky Law Journal. She began her career as a law clerk to the Hon Judge Robert Kraft before joining Santen & Hughes in 1998.

Sarah is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and accepts cases in the greater Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area, including from Lexington to Dayton. She is active in the legal community, serving on on the Grievance Commitee of the Cincinnati Bar Association, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association of Justice. She served on the board of directors of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association from 2007-2012, and as president of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association in 2011. She is also active in the Potter Stewart Inn of Court, the Southwestern Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, and the Ohio and Kentucky State Bar Associations. She has been recognized as an Ohio Superlawyer Rising Star (2008) and an Ohio Superlawyer (2009-2017).
