William E. Santen, Jr. has a special interest as a lawyer in "work place safety" in construction personal injury accident cases, which was developed after working for three years in the general construction trade before attending law school. He has also represented private and commercial land owners, as well as governmental municipalities in the eminent domain area and am very familiar with the process.
